Redwood Lodge is a two-story lodging building designed for groups that need comfortable room-style accommodations. Each room includes five beds, with two lower beds and three upper beds. Redwood also includes two large common rooms on each floor, providing additional space for fellowship, small group discussions, leader meetings, or informal gathering time.
PAVILION LODGE
This is the space to describe the service and explain how your customers or clients can benefit from it. It’s an opportunity to add a short description that includes relevant details, like pricing, duration, location and how to book the service.
PAVILION LODGE

Best For: Smaller retreats, leadership teams, staff retreats, planning groups, and groups wanting a more private lodging area.
Pavilion Lodge is a smaller lodging option located above the Pavilion Chapel. This space works well for groups with a smaller number of guests who want to stay together in a more contained setting. The lodge includes smaller sleeping rooms, making it a good fit for leadership retreats, adult groups, ministry teams, or smaller church gatherings.
Because Pavilion Lodge is located directly above the Pavilion Chapel, it offers convenient access to a dedicated meeting space below, making it a practical option for groups that want lodging and meeting space close together. Additionally this lodging can be combined with another lodge for added space.
SUITES
Minimum: 50 guests
Maximum: 80 guests
Best For: Adult retreats, leadership retreats, couples retreats, women’s retreats, men’s retreats, staff retreats, and groups looking for more private lodging.
The Suites / Condos offer Pinecrest’s most private lodging option and are reserved for adult groups only. These units provide a comfortable retreat setting with smaller room layouts, shared living space, and a quieter atmosphere compared to traditional camp-style lodging.
The Suites / Condos are made up of 3-bedroom and 5-bedroom units. Reservations are based on two guests per room. A 3-bedroom condo sleeps up to 6 guests, and a 5-bedroom condo sleeps up to 10 guests. Each room includes a queen bed with a rollaway option to accommodate the second guest.
Suite reservations include access to Lakeside Dining, located near the mini lake, as well as Lakeside meeting space, which is primarily reserved for groups staying in the suites. This setup works especially well for adult retreats, leadership gatherings, couples events, and groups looking for a more relaxed and private retreat experience.

CEDAR LODGE

Cedar Lodge is a two-story lodging building well-suited for smaller groups. Each room includes five beds, with two lower beds and three upper beds. Cedar also includes a small common room on the first floor, providing a convenient space for fellowship, planning, small group conversation, or informal gathering.
BUNKHOUSE LODGE
Minimum: 100 guests
Maximum: 136 guests
Best For: Youth camps, large retreats, student ministries, men’s retreats, and groups that prefer a shared lodging environment.
Bunkhouse Lodge is Pinecrest’s largest lodging option and is ideal for groups that enjoy a more traditional camp-style setting. This lodge features an open-room sleeping layout with bunk-style accommodations and a large common area that can be used for group gatherings, meetings, games, and fellowship.
